How to use these Meditations?

Most of these meditations are channelled. Their aim is to help you connect and activate your inner resources, which often are to be found beyond our conscious mind.

Some are recordings you can listen to with eyes closed and others are video meditations you can watch as a film, taking in both sounds and images.

Some contain Light Language Transmissions, simply surrender to the vibrations of it. Light Language isn’t designed to be understood with our conscious mind but it still brings a form of knowledge that will manifest in you when needed.

You may resonate more with some of the meditations, it is fine. I tend to receive a lot of them to channel for you, so that everyone can find what they need.
