Meditation for daily life
Our mind determines pretty much our life quality.
No matter, what we do or where we go, our mind is always with us.
As much as it is an amazing resource, it can also become our greatest challenge – an intangible challenge that we can’t see or grasp at physical level, yet that impacts everything in our physical life.
For thousands of years, people from all countries and traditions have designed techniques to work with their minds, observing it, attempting to calm it down and to bring clarity – often those practices are linked with spirituality but not always.
Nowadays, life is increasingly stressful and our mind is constantly stimulated, making it even trickier to slow down.
Meditation is a great way to help our mind function better while bringing quality to our daily life.
It is not only one practice, it can take literally thousands of forms, depending on what works for you.
I have been exploring and practicing meditation for almost twenty years, encountering many different techniques and also creating some of mine in the process!
Everyone can find one or more techniques that can work – and if there’s really no technique for you out there, then we can always design one together, tailored on your own unique mind and life schedule!
