I designed this 3 weeks course to help your children – as well as yourselves- get into the habit of mindfulness

21 days is the amount of time required to create new habits

I offer a short recording every day (2-4 minutes) giving a simple task for the day, something to focus on

Listening to those recordings and practicing with your children, almost as a game, can create an unique opportunity of growth as well as a peaceful moment

Mindfulness is priceless as it allows the practitioner to observe how their mind is functioning
