This week is all about the Earth Element and your Physical Body

Earth is stability, abundance, nurturing, grounding, strong bones, muscles, good physical health, resistant body
Being hard to move or stubborn may mean an excess of this Element, while feeling unstable and unsafe may mean a lack of it
In the Tibetan Tradition, Earth is yellow and at times represented by a golden cube
In the Ayurvedic Tradition Earth is red and linked with our Base Chakra
Working to balance the Earth Element is easy, you may want to go into nature for a walk, do some gardening or work with the Trees
You may want to eat rich food such as potatoes
Practice grounding exercises preferably barefoot on the grass or sand- Qigong, Tai Chi, Yoga in Nature
Anything working with your Base Chakra but also simply physical workouts
Feel your physical body, send love and gratitude for it and the amazing experience it provides to you each day
