THE 21 DAYS MINDFULNESS CHALLENGE
This 3 weeks program is aimed at helping my clients to create and build a strong mindfulness routine
It is made of 21 short recordings in which I give a simple task or meditation focus for each day
It can be a moment of quiet meditation or it can become part of the daily activities
It is adapted to any kind of schedule
It can also be a moment shared as a family in order to teach mindfulness to children
The program can be sold as content only (£21) or content+weekly coaching session (£888)
