7 weeks self empowerment program
Content:
Each week, the client receives the link to a page with a video, a text and a guided meditation
The content is quite short, made to accommodate any schedule – research and personal practice are encouraged for those who have the time
Week 1: Mindfulness
I invite my client to look inside, acknowledging strengths, weaknesses and goals- mindfulness is also a precious tool for a better daily life quality
Week 2: Self discipline
I invite my client to create a routine and stick to it, highlighting the fact that self discipline is one of the most important keys to success
Week 3: Breathing
I am teaching some Kundalini Yoga basic breathing exercises to either energise or calm down, highlighting the fact that breath has a huge impact on our way of functioning
Week 4: Connection with Nature
I invite my client to find strength and inspiration in Nature through a simple Qigong exercise
Week 5: Exposure to Cold
That week’s training is designed to allow the client to feel invisible in a very simple way, a cold shower (or any exposure to cold the client feels comfortable with)
Week 6: the week goal
I invite my client to choose a goal for the week and work at reaching it
Week 7: drawing the roadmap to success
Looking back at the week goal, understanding why it wasn’t reached or how it was reached, analysing what worked and what didn’t
This program was designed very much like the Hero’s Journey- aiming at gaining self confidence, self knowledge, strength, determination, the understanding of one’s unique resources and how to reach one’s goals
The program can be sold as content only (£222) or content+weekly coaching session (£2222)
