The 21 Days Mindfulness Challenge
Welcome to this Mindfulness Challenge! Today is Day 1 of your new life. A life fully lived in each and every moment. More mindfulness means more quality and freedom from our inner constant chit chat. Our mind is a wonderful tool but it is important to observe and understand its unique way of functioning, so that we can use it to build a fantastic life that we will enjoy in its wholeness.
Each day, you will listen to a very short recording (2 to 4 minutes) you can do it anywhere, even while doing something else. In this recording I give you a simple task, an object to focus on- either in a moment of proper meditation or anytime you can include it in your daily life.
Doing this simple exercise every day for 21 days will train your mind to function in a better way so that you can improve the quality of each second of your life.
