A 2-4 minutes recording each day for 21 days in order to introduce mindfulness in your daily routine in a natural way- my ongoing support, a weekly live chat to assess your progress- plus a bonus text about my experience with mindfulness.

Why 21 days?

It is the amount of time required to change or develop new habits.

Why mindfulness?

Our mind very much determines our ability to enjoy life. Most of the time, our mind is indeed wandering far away from the present moment and this can at times result in mistakes, or experiences we miss, opportunities we lose, details we don’t see- externally but also internally.

How many times we react to words or events and later we regret the way we have dealt with them?

Mindfulness training creates the space to see, to be aware, to choose, to breath and to calm down- before taking action.

It allows to fully enjoy the happy moments of life and be truly concentrated on what we are doing which brings better results.

We can acknowledge each time our mind is wandering and simply take it back where we want it to be. At times, this may not be that easy but in that case, we can always choose to be ok with it, instead of beating ourselves up.

This is all part of the training.

Our mind is a wonderful tool, but just as any tool we use, we need to train it, to observe it so that we can understand its functioning and work with it in the best way.
