Swimming in my tail allowed me to discover a deep part of myself, I consider underwater mermaid diving like a very powerful meditation tool and it is also an amazing workout for the physical body.
As a coach, I often use my mersona (mermaid person) to show my clients how incredible dreams can come true in the most unexpected ways!
The mermaid archetype is symbol of beauty, power and magic.
Being a mermaid is truly empowering, at so many levels and I heard beautiful stories about the way mermaid swimming helped to overcome issues for the mermaids and those in contact with them.
