Unlock the Superhero within You: Week 6- One Week- One Goal

Welcome to Week 6!

This week, you will be asked to design a simple goal. Get ready to dive into your manifestation power!

Watch the video, read the text and practice the meditation.

Take time to go into yourself to design the best goal you can work on this week!

My experience with a weekly goal

I created the Facebook group dedicated to the BETA of this course on 15th November, announcing that the BETA would be launched on 22nd November, exactly one week after.

Most of the course was already ready in terms of content, but I still had to sort out posting it on the platform.

I experienced that having a deadline helps in organising the work in steps, but it also triggers a sense of emergency, even stress. We want to be ready on time. Time doesn’t wait.

Stress can have two faces though, it can be panic, freezing, rushing which isn’t usually very good- but it can also be energy, motivation, a sense of challenge and inspiration which can really give awesome results.

I planned to have it all ready by the weekend before the Thursday I wanted to launch. Then things got longer than I planned and ended up finalising it all on the Wednesday evening!

To add to that, it was the Wednesday right before Thanksgiving, and the team on the Facebook group linked with the platform was obviously announcing their holiday period! I have to say that I really appreciated the efficiency and availability of the team. They were very helpful as well as one of my students who helped me literally test the system- and so everything was ready on the Wednesday late evening!

It is important to always keep positive and expect unpredictable events, technology glitches, public transport strikes, bad traffic…do your best to give yourself plenty of time, but should you face a tricky situation, keep a sense of humour, don’t panic.

Superheroes constantly face those unexpected challenges, the very thing they could not plan, but they usually use this to their advantage.

It is ok to feel frustrated, angry or even discouraged, but don’t dwell on it. Do your best to laugh at those events and it will help the situation to better, because it will help you open your mind to solutions.

Another example I could give you is when I went to do the photo shoot for this course.

I had to take a tram, a train and a taxi. Well, when I arrived at the tram station, there was an announcement speaking of a car crash and trams not going to the train station…so I took a taxi, but the traffic was obviously a nightmare…at that moment, I consider the stations where my train was stopping and I decided to ask the taxi to take me to another station on my way but not in the city centre. My adventure wasn’t over yet…Reaching the station, I was gentle told that the train company that should take me there was on strike! At that point, I just laughed, it was just all so absurd! Well, I didn’t give up, and I found a train from another company to get there. With all that, I arrived at my destination only with 15 minutes delay!

The mindset and mood with which we face events can make a huge difference.

Remember it this week! And have fun working at your goal!

The meditation I linked below is working on your intuition, which is an essential tool for goal setting and manifestation.
